Dr. Alp Mamak is a Medical Doctor specializing in Aesthetic Medicine, with over two decades of experience. He has actively contributed to the evolution of Aesthetic Medicine, developing advanced personal techniques. His ALP Aesthetic Lateral Projection Technique for the lifting and reshaping of the face with hyaluronic acid-based injections is copyrighted to him.

A nationally and internationally recognized injector and lecturer, Dr. Mamak founded his own global academy for doctors and operates a clinic based in Istanbul. He serves as the Vice President of the Society of Aesthetic Medicine in Turkey and is a member of the UIME (Union Internationale de Médecine Esthétique). He also created his own cosmetic product line.

He has been a lecturer at major international events, including the 34th and 36th National Congresses of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (SIME), the 20th International Master Course on Aging Science (IMCAS), and the 21st International Congress of Aesthetic Medicine (AGORA), as well as congresses and workshops held across Italy (Rome, Milan, San Benedetto del Tronto), Spain (Madrid, Malaga), Argentina (Buenos Aires), France (Paris), Indonesia (Jakarta), Azerbaijan (Baku), Hungary (Budapest), Czech Republic (Prague, Brno), Belgium (Lanaken), the Netherlands (Utrecht), Ukraine (Kiev), Latvia (Riga), Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Sochi, Novosibirsk), Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Ha Long Bay), Romania (Bucharest), and Moldova (Chisinau).

Dr. Mamak holds an International Two-Year University Master Degree in Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Medicine and Therapeutics, graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Università degli Studi di Camerino, Italy. His thesis was based on his own technique. He also earned a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and served as an observer at the Pittsburgh Medical Center, Department of Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, and Skin Health Center.

He began his academic journey at Çukurova University, where he completed his MD degree at the Faculty of Medicine in 2002, and also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in 2000.

Even before graduating from medical school, he was deeply interested in Aesthetic and Complementary Medicine. He established a scientific research program for interns, conducting studies on “Antibiotic Use in Hospitals” and “Follow-up Problems in AIDS/HIV Patients” with the Infectious Diseases Department.

Dr. Alp Mamak was born in Adana and is married to plastic surgeon Dr. Aysun Bölükbaşı Mamak.
